Each Pokemon can have one main and one hidden ability.

Aftermath Damages the attacker landing the finishing hit.
Air Lock Eliminates the effects of weather.
Analytic Boosts move power when the Pokemon moves after the target.
Anger Point Maxes the Attack stat after the Pokemon takes a critical hit.
Anger Shell When an attack causes its HP to drop to half or less, the Pokemon gets angry. This lowers its Defense and Sp. Def stats but boosts its Attack, Sp. Atk, and Speed stats.
Anticipation Senses an opposing Pokemon's dangerous moves.
Arena Trap Prevents opposing Pokemon from fleeing.
Armor Tail The mysterious tail covering the Pokemon's head makes opponents unable to use priority moves against the Pokemon or its allies.
Aroma Veil Protects allies from attacks that effect their mental state
As One This Ability combines the effects of both Calyrex's Unnerve Ability and its rides Neigh.
Aura Break The effects of "Aura" Abilities are reversed.
Bad Dreams Reduces the HP of sleeping opposing Pokemon.
Ball Fetch If not holding an item, it'll fetch the Poké Ball from the first failed throw.
Battery Powers up ally Pokemon's special moves.
Battle Armor Protects the Pokemon from critical hits.
Battle Bond Defeat a Pokemon to unleash Ash Greninja!
Beads of Ruin The power of the Pokemon's ruinous beads lowers the Sp. Def stats of all Pokemon except itself.
Beast Boost The Pokemon boosts its most proficient stat each time it knocks out a Pokemon.
Berserk Raises Special Attack when HP drops below half.
Big Pecks Protects the Pokemon from Defense-lowering attacks.
Blaze Powers up Fire-type moves when the Pokemon is in trouble.
Bulletproof Protects the Pokemon from some ball and bomb moves.
Cheek Pouch Restores HP as well when the Pokemon eats a Berry.
Chilling Neigh When the Pokemon knocks out a target, it utters a chilling neigh, which boosts its Attack stat.
Chlorophyll Boosts the Pokemon's Speed stat in sunshine.
Clear Body Prevents other Pokemon from lowering its stats.
Cloud Nine Eliminates the effects of weather.
Color Change The Pokemon's type becomes the type of the move used on it.
Comatose The Pokemon is always drowsing and will never wake up. It can attack without waking up.
Commander When the Pokemon enters a battle, it goes inside the mouth of an ally Dondozo if one is on the field. The Pokemon then issues commands from there.
Competitive Boosts the Sp. Atk stat when a stat is lowered.
Compound Eyes Boosts the Pokemon's accuracy.
Contrary Makes stat changes have an opposite effect.
Corrosion The Pokemon can poison Steel and Poison types.
Costar When the Pokemon enters a battle, it copies an ally's stat changes.
Cotton Down When hit by an attack, it lowers the Speed stat of all Pokemon except itself.
Cud Chew When the Pokemon eats a Berry, it will regurgitate that Berry at the end of the next turn and eat it one more time.
Curious Medicine Removes all stat changes from allies on entry to battle.
Cursed Body May disable a move used on the Pokemon.
Cute Charm Contact with the Pokemon may cause infatuation.
Damp Prevents the use of self-destructing moves.
Dancer Copies Dance moves that are used.
Dark Aura Powers up each Pokemon's Dark-type moves.
Dauntless Shield Boosts the Pokemon's Defense stat when the Pokemon enters a battle.
Dazzling Protects the Pokemon from high-priority moves.
Defeatist Lowers stats when HP becomes half or less.

Delta Stream The Pokemon changes the weather to eliminate all of the Flying type's weaknesses.
Desolate Land The Pokemon changes the weather to nullify Water-type attacks.
Disguise Once per battle, the shroud that covers the Pokemon can protect it from an attack.
Download Adjusts power based on an opposing Pokemon's stats.
Dragon's Maw Powers up Dragon-type moves.
Drizzle The Pokemon makes it rain when it enters a battle.
Drought Turns the sunlight harsh when the Pokemon enters a battle.
Dry Skin Reduces HP if it is hot. Water restores HP.
Early Bird The Pokemon awakens quickly from sleep.
Earth Eater If hit by a Ground-type move, the Pokemon has its HP restored instead of taking damage.
Effect Spore Contact may poison or cause paralysis or sleep.
Electric Surge Turns the ground into Electric Terrain when the Pokemon enters a battle.
Electromorphosis The Pokemon becomes charged when it takes damage, boosting the power of the next Electric-type move the Pokemon uses.
Emergency Exit The Pokemon, sensing danger, switches out when its HP becomes half or less.

Forewarn Determines what moves an opposing Pokemon has.
Friend Guard Reduces damage done to allies.
Frisk The Pokemon can check an opposing Pokemon's held item.
Full Metal Body Prevents other Pokemon from lowering its stats.
Fur Coat Halves damage from physical moves.
Gale Wings Gives priority to Flying-type moves, but only if the user has full health.
Galvanize Normal-type moves become Electric-type moves. The power of those moves is boosted a little.
Gluttony Makes the Pokemon use a held Berry earlier than usual.
Good As Gold A body of pure, solid gold gives the Pokemon full immunity to other Pokemon's status moves.
Gooey Contact with the Pokemon lowers the attackers Speed stat.
Gorilla Tactics Boosts the Pokemon's Attack stat but only allows the use of the first selected move.
Grass Pelt Boosts the Defense stat in Grassy Terrain.
Grassy Surge Turns the ground into Grassy Terrain when the Pokemon enters a battle.
Grim Neigh When the Pokemon knocks out a target, it utters a terrifying neigh, which boosts its Special Attack stat.
Guard Dog Boosts the Pokemon’s Attack stat if intimidated. Moves and items that would force the Pokemon to switch out also fail to work.
Gulp Missile When using Surf or Dive, it catches prey it uses to attack when hit.
Guts Boosts the Attack stat if the Pokemon has a status condition.
Hadron Engine Turns the ground into Electric Terrain when the Pokemon enters a battle. The futuristic engine within the Pokemon also boosts its Sp. Atk stat on Electric Terrain.
Harvest May create another Berry after one is used.
Healer Sometimes heals an ally's status condition.
Heatproof Weakens the power of Fire-type moves.
Heavy Metal Doubles the Pokemon's weight.
Honey Gather The Pokemon may gather Honey from somewhere.
Hospitality When this Pokemon enters a battle, it showers its ally with hospitality, restoring a small amount of the ally’s HP.
Huge Power Boosts the Pokemon's Attack stat.
Hunger Switch The Pokemon changes between Full Belly Mode and Hangry Mode after the end of each turn.
Hustle Boosts the Attack stat, but lowers accuracy.
Hydration Heals status conditions if it is raining.
Hyper Cutter Prevents other Pokemon from lowering its Attack stat.
Ice Body The Pokemon gradually regains HP in a hailstorm.
Ice Face Its ice head takes a physical attack as substitute, changing its appearance, and restored when hails.
Ice Scales The Pokemon is protected by ice scales, which halve the damage taken from special moves.
Illuminate Raises the likelihood of meeting wild Pokemon.
Illusion Comes out disguised as the Pokemon in the party's last spot.
Immunity Prevents the Pokemon from getting poisoned.
Imposter The Pokemon transforms itself into the Pokemon it is facing.
Infiltrator Passes through the opposing Pokemon's barrier and strikes.
Innards Out Deals damage upon fainting.
Inner Focus Protects the Pokemon from flinching.
Insomnia Prevents the Pokemon from falling asleep.
Intimidate Lowers the opposing Pokemon's Attack stat.
Intrepid Sword Boosts the Pokemon's Attack stat when the Pokemon enters a battle.
Iron Barbs Inflicts damage to the attacker on contact.

Magic Bounce Reflects status moves.
Magic Guard The Pokemon only takes damage from attacks.
Magician The Pokemon steals the held item of a Pokemon it hits with a move.
Magma Armor Prevents the Pokemon from becoming frozen.
Magnet Pull Prevents Steel-type Pokemon from escaping.
Marvel Scale Boosts the Defense stat if the Pokemon has a status condition.
Mega Launcher Powers up aura and pulse moves.
Merciless The Pokemon’s attacks become critical hits if the target is poisoned.
Mimicry Changes the Pokemon's type depending on the terrain.
Minds Eye The Pokemon ignores opponents' evasiveness, its accuracy can't be lowered, and it can hit Ghosts with Normal and Fighting moves.
Minus Boosts the Sp. Atk stat if another Pokemon has Plus or Minus.
Mirror Armor Bounces back only the stat-lowering effects that the Pokemon receives.

Orichalcum Pulse Turns the sunlight harsh when the Pokemon enters a battle. The ancient pulse thrumming through the Pokemon also boosts its Attack stat in harsh sunlight.
Overcoat Protects the Pokemon from things like sand, hail and powder.
Overgrow Powers up Grass-type moves when the Pokemon is in trouble.
Own Tempo Prevents the Pokemon from becoming confused.
Parental Bond Parent and child attack together.
Pastel Veil Protects the Pokemon and its ally Pokemon from being poisoned.
Perish Body Hit by a contact move, the Pokemon and the attacker will faint after three turns unless switched.
Pickpocket Steals an item from an attacker that made direct contact.
Pickup The Pokemon may pick up items.
Pixilate Normal-type moves become Fairy-type moves.
Plus Boosts the Sp. Atk stat if another Pokemon has Plus or Minus.
Poison Heal Restores HP if the Pokemon is poisoned.
Poison Point Contact with the Pokemon may poison the attacker.
Poison Touch May poison a target when the Pokemon makes contact.
Power Construct Changes form when HP drops below half.
Power of Alchemy The Pokemon copies the Ability of a defeated ally.

Teravolt Moves can be used on the target regardless of its Abilities.
Thermal Exchange Boosts the Attack stat when the Pokemon is hit by a Fire-type move. The Pokemon also cannot be burned.
Thick Fat Boosts resistance to Fire- and Ice-type moves.
Tinted Lens Powers up "not very effective" moves.
Torrent Powers up Water-type moves when the Pokemon is in trouble.
Tough Claws Powers up moves that make direct contact.

Truant The Pokemon can't attack on consecutive turns.

Unaware Ignores the opposing Pokemon's stat changes.
Unburden Boosts the Speed stat if its held item is used or lost.
Unnerve Unnerves opposing Pokemon and makes them unable to eat Berries.
Unseen Fist If the Pokemon uses moves that make direct contact, it can attack the target even if the target protects itself.

Victory Star Boosts the accuracy of its allies and itself.
Vital Spirit Prevents the Pokemon from falling asleep.
Volt Absorb Restores HP if hit by an Electric-type move.

Water Absorb Restores HP if hit by a Water-type move.
Water Bubble Lowers the power of Fire-type moves and prevents burns.
Water Compaction Sharply raises Defense when hit by a Water-type move.
Water Veil Prevents the Pokemon from getting a burn.
Weak Armor Physical attacks lower its Defense stat and raise its Speed stat.
Well-Baked Body The Pokemon takes no damage when hit by Fire-type moves. Instead, its Defense stat is sharply boosted.
White Smoke Prevents other Pokemon from lowering its stats.
Wimp Out The Pokemon cowardly switches out when its HP becomes half or less.
Wind Power The Pokemon becomes charged when it is hit by a wind move, boosting the power of the next Electric-type move the Pokemon uses.
Wind Rider Boosts the Pokemon's Attack stat if Tailwind takes effect or if the Pokemon is hit by a wind move. The Pokemon also takes no damage from wind moves.
Wonder Guard Only super-effective moves will hit.
Wonder Skin Makes status moves more likely to miss.
Zen Mode Changes the Pokemon's shape when HP is half or less.
Zero To Hero The Pokemon transforms into its Hero Form when it switches out.
