Tar Shot Move

Tar Shot is a Rock-type Status Move with 100% accuracy. If the Pokemon is holding a Z-Crystal , this attack converts into a Z-move. The user pours sticky tar over the target, lowering the target's Speed stat. The target becomes weaker to Fire-type moves.
