Core Enforcer is a Dragon-type Special Move with 100 power and 100% accuracy. If the Pokemon is holding a Z-Crystal Dragonium Z, this attack converts into a Devastating Drake Z-move. If the Pokemon the user has inflicted damage on have already used their moves, this move eliminates the effect of the target's Ability.
